Cat’s hard work and motivation are qualities she also applies in her personal life through keeping fit at the gym and running every day. Aside from living an active lifestyle, Cat dreams of travelling back to Malaysia for the tropical, sunny weather and its diverse culture.

In 2021, we welcomed Cat Brummer to the QPF Team as the Group Operations Manager. A key player in our Management Team, Cat has successfully improved the quality, productivity, and efficiency of our Operations and Broker Support teams, as well as set training standards and hiring procedures within the Group.
Following two years of providing exceptional leadership and forming key lender relationships, Cat was promoted internally to the Group Sales Manager.
Having led many complex projects throughout her career, including various activities with equipment finance lenders, Cat is motivated to propel the Group sales to the next level.
With an authentic, honest, and transparent approach to managing, Cat’s passion is seeing others succeed.
