Both Brad and John have been nothing but 100% methodical, helpful, informative and professional in handling all aspects of both the loans and insurance. Nothing’s been too much of a hassle for either of them, nor has any question we’ve had been a “silly” one. Brad’s also saved us thousands of dollars on our insurance, which is obviously appreciated.
They are 2 very skillful, precise employees who deserve to be recognized for their hard work. Every year the period around November seems to be challenging for us (as everything seems to happens at once) but they’ve made our job so much easier.
