Andrew Sterling ranked 19th in top Commercial Brokers 2023

Ranked 19th out of Australia’s top 30 Commercial Brokers 2023 by Mortgage Professional Australia (MPA), Andrew couldn’t be more thrilled with the result, attributing “hard work” as the key to his success.
“This past year has been a challenging one in the commercial finance space, especially in this turbulent, rising interest rate environment,” Mr Sterling said.
“I’ve had to work harder, educate myself more on the lending and credit front, and analyse my client’s needs further to find the right solution.
“So, when I received the news I had been ranked #19 in Australia’s Top Commercial Brokers for 2023, I was over the moon.

Every year the MPA recognises the outstanding achievement of high-performing and ambitious brokers by inviting them to submit their figures across commercial real estate, equipment finance, SME lending, debtor finance, unsecured business lending, and development finance.
The industry leading report is then published with the final ranking of the top 30 brokers based on the total value of commercial loans they wrote for 12 months.
