Nothing’s been too much of a hassle for either of them, nor has any question we’ve had been a “silly” one. Brad’s also saved us thousands of dollars on our insurance, which is obviously appreciated.
They are 2 very skillful, precise employees who deserve to be recognized for their hard work. Every year the period around November seems to be challenging for us (as everything seems to happens at once) but they’ve made our job so much easier.

I wouldn’t have thought I’d be posting another review quite so quickly, but here I am, because once again, Troy, Lynette & the team at QPF have come through.
It started out with “Hey Troy, what if I told you we needed finance on a new Volkswagon Crafter?”………..his reply? “leave it with me mate, no problem”…………& it wasn’t,
3 days later we were approved & took delivery of our new van literally three months after purchasing our new truck through QPF, once again we were delivered silver service, not only on our finance, but also insurance for both Vehicles.

We had fallen into the trap of complacency and thought our old insurance broker had our best interests at heart (WRONG).
